By chance, I found a fashion show preformed by a fashion school in Tokyo . The models were showing their final projects before graduation.
Many different styles were represented but three of them really got my attention.
Why?
Simply because thanks to the imagination of these future fashion professionals, some traditional clothes have become really flashy. Thus, they could bring some fantasy on the way to wear the kimono with a very flashy obi! As for the jacket, it was designed as a rebel model like a modern Robinson Crusoe… The Ao Dai, has been transformed into carefully cut dress to become a wedding dress!
This was indeed a very modern fashion show. Which style do you prefer: traditional style or modern style?
