With my husband, we were invited to visit the factory of Kirin Beer in Namamugi, organized by the “Kanagawa SGG Club.” We were allowed to stroll through the many corridors of the brewery and monitor the various stages of production of this sparkling and refreshing drink for the sake of our palate. Thanks to the kindness of the many multilingual guides-interpreters, we were able to understand explanations and ask diverse questions about the beer processing. The visit was completed with the traditional beer tasting ... and non-alcoholic drinks tasting from Kirin as well.
As it was noon , we went to lunch at the restaurant at the factory in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We were able to get acquainted, discuss and exchange information with many people. We promised each other to meet again during a future visit...Thank you ladies and gentlemen for helping us to discover your wonderful country.
